Industry celebrates region
AGRI ser vice providers,
growers and government
representatives gathered at
Virgara Winer y at Angle Vale
recently for the inaugural HortEx
Alliance Big BBQ.

The winner of the hotly-contest-
ed competition and prize of an
engraved cleaver was Phuong Vo,
with his seasoned eggplant driz-
zled with Barilla olive oil.
He did, however, face some stiff
